雖然這版的 TA 是公務員，但 Jerry 指出「一般有興趣的民眾」或許需要一些 visual impact。也許短片還是可以放首頁？
推行新理念，應該盡量參考像是 Indiegogo 或是 Kickstarter 這樣的群眾募資網站。
這樣型態的網站帶給人們新的希望，透過精簡有說服力的簡報方式，讓人無法拒絕賣方所要銷售的資訊。加上定時更新進度(透明)，讓買家充分獲得所需(安撫)。
