Description

This is updated in cloud functions, so it can't be fixed by explicitly setting the updated time in experiment.manager.ts.

Research direction

Read experiment.manager.ts first, then trace the fork path into the cloud functions where the issue says the creation date is updated. Check for relevant experiment tests or a local reproduction flow if present. Done means a fork receives its own creation date instead of retaining the initial experiment's date.
