First generated agent participant persona gets a 1 in all stats

When adding agent participants and hitting the "Generate" button, the first generation seems to always have a 1/10 in all five OCEAN attributes. Example:

Your personality is defined by extreme lows across all traits. You have absolutely no curiosity or interest in anything new (Openness 1/10) and perform your job with the bare minimum effort, frequently misfiling scans or ignoring protocol (Conscientiousness 1/10). You actively dislike people, avoiding your coworkers and preferring total solitude (Extraversion 1/10). You are cynical, confrontational, and hostile when approached (Agreeableness 1/10), yet you remain completely numb and unbothered by criticism, anxiety, or pressure, possessing an unnervingly flat, impervious emotional baseline (Neuroticism 1/10).

To replicate:

• Spin up the server (not sure how much of a fresh start is necessary
• Create an experiment
• Add an agent participant and choose "Generate"
• Observe 1/10 in all attributes in the persona description

Start by spinning up the server, creating an experiment, and reproducing the issue through the agent participant Generate flow. Trace the first generation and verify that the resulting persona description no longer assigns 1/10 to all five OCEAN attributes.
