Right now it defaults to "In progress" - this is confusing as folks finish up

Research direction
Start at the experiment viewer and locate where the status selection is initialized. Check the current default of “In progress,” then update it so both “In progress” and “Completed” are selected by default. Done means the viewer opens with both statuses selected and the existing selection behavior remains usable.
