Description

Record the schema conversion and ID assignment process for the OSM addresses dataset. Also document how you partitioned the output. Using internal tooling for schema conversion is fine, but think about how we might port the pipeline code to a script people could run externally. Keep track of everything you tried and what worked and did not work.
