Segment with ID 0871f8d7a0ffffff0476b796e6bc43a6 (for example) has the following access restrictions defined as highlighted in the screenshot below:

While in reality access to this street segment by all vehicle modes is permitted (access for HGV permitted only during deliveries), the current definition makes it appear as though only HGV are allowed to access the segment for deliveries. From the schema reference, it is unclear whether access_type=allowed with its respective rules is exhaustive or requires interpretation only in a certain context. This ambiguity appears to affect a significant number of segments.

In OSM on the other hand, access restrictions for this segment are defined as Allowed Access --> All --> Yes along with hgv --> delivery which is more straightforward to interpret.
