Description
The root of the repo already looks a little too much, it would be better if we place them in directory specifically for this.
The only problem I see will be the URL becoming something like:
talks.ourtech.community/talk/1

Research direction
Start by inspecting the repository root and the existing 1.html and 2.html files. Check how moving the talks into a separate directory affects links and the proposed talks.ourtech.community/talk/1 URL. Done means the talk pages are assembled in the new directory without breaking their intended access paths.
