Description

To enhance SEO, I thought it would be a good idea to submit a sitemap to Google, since Origin doesn't have one. A sitemap is a file you create for web crawlers, such as Googlebot, that gives them a list of web pages to crawl on your site. I do not have access to Origin's account on Google Webmaster Tools, so I've provided the instructions below:

Here is how to test and submit a sitemap on Google's Webmaster Tools

Below is the sitemap file I generated for Origin, however Github does not let me upload a .XML file, so I converted it to a .TXT file. Before testing/uploading the file to Google's Webmaster Tools, it will need to be converted back to .XML.

Research direction

Start with the attached sitemap.txt and the linked Google Webmaster Tools instructions. Check how the website currently exposes its pages, then determine whether the sitemap should be added to the site and submitted through Google's account. Done means a valid XML sitemap is available and the submission path is confirmed.
