Description

I've noticed that the big OUSD balance changes from x to 0 and then climbs to x+y when a rebase occurs. It should just animate from x to y anytime the balance increases. It shouldn't start over from 0.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the OUSD balance display and its animation behavior, then reproduce a rebase where the balance increases. Done means the visible balance animates directly from x to y without first displaying 0; the issue has not received a response for months.
