Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reading the linked MakerDAO Dai permit documentation and inspect the repository's OUSD token implementation to determine the required scope. Done means OUSD can be sent by a wallet without ETH using a Dai-like permit flow, with tests covering that behavior.
