Description
Our initial solution for https://github.com/oplabs/origin-dollar/issues/134 involved liquidating stablecoins according to the ratios that are currently held in the vault. We would prefer to liquidate the stablecoin that is most "overweight" prior to the others, and so on. The associated gas costs may increase or decrease, and this would be a secondary concern after protecting the vault from attackers.

Research direction
Review issue 134 and the current vault redemption flow to understand how stablecoin liquidation is selected. Define completion as liquidating the most overweight stablecoin first, then proceeding by relative overweight, while treating gas-cost changes as secondary to protecting the vault from attackers.
