Description
We currently have risk assessment reports on the LSDs and general "collateral risks" covered. But it would be good to elaborate on how each LSD treats slashing events and what it will mean for OETH holders.
Tried to transfer this issue to origin-defi-docs but couldn't 😕

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing LSD risk assessment reports and the material covering general collateral risks. Document how each LSD handles slashing events and what those outcomes mean for OETH holders, using the intended origin-defi-docs destination if available. Done means every LSD is covered with its holder impact clearly explained.
