Description
Without a wallet connected and without any form inputs, I'm getting a console error about asset price being below peg.
We first noticed this with https://github.com/OriginProtocol/origin-dollar/issues/1397, which seems to be accurate, but then it was misleading on https://github.com/OriginProtocol/origin-dollar/issues/1398.

Research direction
Reproduce the console error with no wallet connected and no form inputs, then trace the code path that reports an asset price below peg. Compare the behavior described in issues #1397 and #1398; done means the valid warning remains visible while the misleading disconnected-state error no longer appears.
