Description
Since https://vote.ousd.com/#/proposal/0xb6f292d52083d60f3e7c78b9131aa142f607bb9e5d45ab4644dbd5fa10cd96ec has passed, let's explore writing a solver that takes a set of rules and determines the best allocation for OUSD or OETH collateral. We're hearing from more and more prospective users that they want to know how their collateral is going to be managed.
