Added Helper text options to the Circular Progress Indicator, supporting multiple content combinations including helper text, percentage, and percentage with a description, as well as configurable spacing before the percent sign.

Note this version needs at least tokens v2.6

Note also there is no need to define sizes between text and percentages, or whatever.
Indeed Figma cannot manage localizations and such things are needed for designers.
For technical sides, the helper text is just an helper text like for other components.
