Split the icon page between Foundation and Utilities

Prerequisites

Describe the issue

Since we will soon have an icons component page, we decided to move the current icon page and split it between Foundation and Utilities:

• Foundation/Icons
  • Icons rendering
  • Icons color
    • Functional icons (probably replaced in the future by a component type "Status icon" inside the icons component page)
      • Accessible warning icon (maybe no longer accuarte when we have the "Status icon"
    • Other icons
  • Multiple lines (and all submenus)
  • Icons accessibility
  • Use icons (and all submenus)
• Utilities/Icons
  • Icons size
    • Headings
    • Display headings
    • Regular texts
    • Decorative
    • and font icon

Any information that could help to resolve the issue. (window.navigator.userAgent)

Start by locating the current icon documentation page and its navigation entries in the repository, then review how nearby Foundation and Utilities pages are organized. Move the listed icon sections into the two requested locations, preserving their submenus, and verify that each section appears under the correct page without broken links.
