Description
Describe the bug
Freedom faction logic contains 3 bugs
- Spawn bug
Once you join Duty and take over Freedom base some of the Duty soldiers will stay there to keep it.
New freedom units will spawn at the base ignoring the fact that Duty holds it now.
Here is my saved game state at that point when freedom spawned back.

- spawned Freedom units becoming friendly during fight
I went back to clean the base again from the new spawned freedom and in the middle of the fight my weapon gets force holstered. The freedom become friendly with me despite the fact that we were in war and that they were still marked red on the map. I was even able to talk to freedom units and accept missions.

3) "Technician dead but task with him is still on"
When you take over Freedom base and kill technician the missions that are tied to him will stay as active and marked on the map. It should be "Task failed" message when the techician is dead.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Take over freedom base and let duty soldiers keep it
- Move away from the base and wait half an hour in real time
- Watch the new freedom unit appear on your PDA at the base while the Duty holds it
Expected behavior
- Once your soldiers are holding the base no new freedom units should spawn there.
- Freedom units should stay hostile to you if you are in war and they are marked red on the map
- When you kill technician all the tasks conected to him should fail with indicator messsage "task failed"

Research direction
Start with the supplied save file and the reproduction steps, then trace the faction-base spawn, combat relationship, and technician-task behavior involved in the Freedom/Duty takeover. Done means held bases prevent opposing spawns, hostile units remain hostile during the fight, and technician-linked tasks fail when the technician dies.
