Description
Currently, there is no way to list existing events from the OVOSSkill methods. Once the feature exists in ovos-bus-client, the helper methods should be added to the base class

Research direction
Start by locating the OVOSSkill base class and reviewing the event API added in ovos-bus-client. Determine which CRUD operations are already exposed and add the corresponding helper methods, including listing existing events. Done means the base class provides the requested event helpers consistently with the client API.
