Research direction

Start by reading ovos_date_parser/res/nl-nl/date_time.json and the discussion linked from PR #1 to understand the existing Dutch format structure. Add entries covering expressions such as “voor”, “half”, “kwart over”, and “kwart voor”; the work is done when those Dutch time expressions are represented consistently in the locale file.
