Description
tells me in 5 different ways that I'm having a connection issue when I get the error message "TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)"
Another option however could be a configuration issue on the client side, for example simply missing the auth directive. This happens easily e.g. due to exporting openvpn config from network manager.
I would thus suggest to extend the FAQ page and also point to possible configuration errors.
If this is the wrong bug tracker to report documentation issues, please point me to the correct reporting tool.

Research direction
Start with the linked OpenVPN FAQ page and the reported TLS negotiation error, then confirm where FAQ documentation changes should be reported. Review the existing explanation and the auth directive example; done means the entry also identifies relevant client-side configuration errors rather than only network connectivity.
