Description
Currently we need to edit a file that is committed to git. Move to a separate file
While at it consider switching from writing the FPs with openssl on the machine to writing them with terraform. We should have the FP available from the cert resource.

Research direction
Locate the committed configuration for tun-udp-p2mp-hash-defscript and the certificate resource that provides the fingerprint. First determine how the current machine-side OpenSSL flow writes FPs, then define the separate-file approach and clarify whether Terraform should replace that flow. Done means configuration is easier to manage without editing a committed generated file, with the chosen FP source covered by the test suite.
