Description
There does not seem to be any way to save or pre-populate a username when logging in with OpenVPN as a PLAP. The user-auth-pass file.txt does not seem to prepopulate the Username field of the prompt, and there isn't an appropriate HCKU that stores the username for the PLAP config.

Research direction
Start by tracing the PLAP login prompt and its handling of the user-auth-pass file and HCKU configuration mentioned in the issue. Determine how a username can be stored and supplied for the PLAP configuration without exposing credentials. Done means a configured username pre-populates the OpenVPN PLAP login prompt and existing authentication behavior remains intact.
