Description

I suggest the following approach:
- one time is enough, no need to show that error more than once
- change text and add "Import" button to make this window looks like friendly welcome screen (e.g. https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora//html/Installation_Guide/sect-installation-graphical-mode.html )

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the UI path that displays "no readable configuration profiles found" and inspect how configuration import is currently exposed. Done should mean the message is replaced by a friendly Getting started screen, includes an Import action, and is shown only once.
