TAP & wintun adapters are "unknown"

Using 2.5-rc2-I601-2-x86.msi, the install all works for me (I know there are some things going on under the hood but I have not investigated those).

But just for the record, the network adapters are "unknown".

Reproduce the report using 2.5-rc2-I601-2-x86.msi on Windows 7 and inspect the TAP-Windows6 and Wintun entries in ipconfig /all. Determine why these adapters are labeled "Unknown"; done means the affected adapters are identified appropriately or the expected limitation is documented.
