Describe the bug
This is a follow-up from https://github.com/OpenSlides/openslides-projector-service/pull/467

All times on projectors are the same but the timer in the projector detail view > timer is different:

How to Reproduce

1. open a projector
2. project a timer on the projector
3. start the timer -> compare time on projector and in configuration

Expected behavior
The displayed timer should be the same.
