Description
Describe the bug
If a cell contains a lot of content, for example committee listings, it's hard to use. The cell is too small and the scrolling behavior isn't good. If I scroll down in the cell to the end, the scrolling snaps to the overall preview scrolling. This is quite annoying, because I scroll away the desired content.
How to Reproduce
- open the demo
- open committee menu > export > import data and take a look.
Expected behavior
I think it would be good to use the new upcoming participant import as an template and rework the committee import preview. This issue is just a first step to get aware of it and more clear usable mockups are needed to change it.

Research direction
Start by opening the demo and following Committee > Export > Import data to reproduce the nested scrolling problem. Compare the committee import preview with the upcoming participant import, which the issue names as a template. Before implementation, establish clearer mockups for the desired layout and scrolling behavior; completion depends on an agreed rework scope.
