Description
Current behavior
As the committee admin you can currently select "Home Committee" "external" and "Default vote weight" for the account from your committee
Wanted behavior
"Committee admin" should be added there as well
Additional context
Restriction should be the same as to "Can forward motions to committee"
-> committees where the committee admin is not a committee admin but still a part from should be visible but not selectable

Research direction
Start in the account detail UI where “Home Committee,” “external,” and “Default vote weight” are currently selectable, then trace the existing “Can forward motions to committee” restriction. Add the “Committee admin” option with the same visibility and selection rules: included committees should be visible, but selectable only where the account is a committee admin.
