Describe the bug
It can happen, that content of a new opened tab is not fully loaded and the tab can't be used. The tab isn't usable in the state, when this occurs. During my last congress this happened quite often.
How to Reproduce
No clear reproduction. Just open tabs in a meeting. For me it happens often in the election menu. It can't see the elections status anymore. Only the graphic around the status was visible.
Expected behavior
Opening new tabs should open a workable tab that is fully loaded.

Research direction
