Description
Currently:
We can change the default settings for the CSV export on the meeting-level
Wanted:
It should be possible to also change and save the export settings for the CSV-Export on the Orga-level
- The two new settings should mirror the CSV-Export on the meeting-level
- Separator used for all CSV exports and examples
- Default encoding for all CSV exports
- The setting should be on the Orga-level > General > last two options should be the new options
- This should be the default for new created meetings, old meetings should stay as they are!

Research direction
Start by finding the existing meeting-level CSV export settings and the organization-level General settings. Mirror the separator and default encoding options at the organization level, make them the last two General options, and verify they become defaults only for new meetings while existing meetings retain their settings.
