Description

As discussed in the dev-meeting several pages should get a breadcrumb navigation bar.

Several lists and their elements should get the bradcrumb navigation bar:

  • motion-list
  • agenda
  • election
  • participants
  • settings

the file-list has to (visually) be aligned with the new feature

The arrow behaviour back behaviour should be:
a click on the arrow should navigate you one step higher in the hierarchy

@Eich-hoernchen will comment the mock-ups/sketches

Confirm the intended hierarchy and visual alignment before implementing; done means the breadcrumb appears on the requested pages and the arrow moves one level upward.
