Description
According to https://github.com/OpenSlides/openslides-client/issues/6442 a new setting is needed for consultation sequence.
Details
This new feature can be enabled via a motion setting. The setting should be added in the meeting settings > motion > Forwarding > activate consultation sequence. It should be placed below the existing one. The setting should be activated by default.
