Description
Below is what I think is an exhaustive list of active wiki pages on the OpenRefine repo. The consensus in the community is that the wiki pages are
- not visible to the wider community
- not managed via the regular pull request process we have for other documentation pages (anyone can edit the wiki)
The idea is to find a new place to migrate that content. We should define guidelines for migrating the different pages.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked community discussion and the active wiki pages listed in the issue, grouped by developer, tutorial, miscellaneous, and release content. Define the migration destination and guidelines for each type of page, then migrate the agreed content through the regular documentation process; done means the active wiki content has a documented new home and migration plan.
