Description
There's currently no link to further information on the "Advocate & Trainer" contributor role. I think it would be helpful to provide some guidance on the following:
- how to become an OpenRefine trainer
- how to find OpenRefine trainings
- how to add training materials to the site
Some of this could be addressed by linking to the external resources page.

Research direction
Start with the contributor-role information and the external resources page linked in the issue. Create a trainer contributor page covering how to become an OpenRefine trainer, find trainings, and add training materials, linking to relevant resources. Done means the Advocate & Trainer role links to this guidance and all three topics are addressed.
