Description

There's currently no developer documentation on which database tests are enabled/disabled and how to set up and run the database tests which are disabled by default. We should add at least few sentences on on this topic to the developer documentation.

Research direction

Start by locating the developer documentation and the database test configuration or commands. Document which database tests are enabled or disabled, how to set up the disabled tests, and how to run them; the work is done when a developer can follow the instructions without relying on issue comments.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
