Research direction
The issue references OpenRefine/OpenRefine#2221 and Strict mode OOXML files, but names no documentation file or entry point. Locate the relevant file in the openrefine.org site and check the existing file-format support guidance. Done means the documentation clearly states that Strict mode OOXML files are unsupported until the feature request is implemented.
