Description
I've seen a few cases recently where users have installed the Commons extension and the Wikimedia Commons reconciliation service didn't load properly. It was in passing while doing trainings during very busy events after which I lost sight of the people reporting it.
I haven't had the time or occasion to check specifically in which contexts/cases. Also too busy to extensively verify myself. Would be good if others can test if there's a pattern (does this happen since a certain OR version?)
