Description
The more projects we have inside OpenRail, and the more info we would like to show about them, the larger the benefit of moving these to a separate page.
@Keller-Peter drafted some nice text to provide more background to the projects:
OpenRail Projects
At the heart of the OpenRail Association are its open-source projects, which embody the organization's mission to foster collaborative software development within the railway sector. Officially hosted projects are selected through the incubation process by the Technical Committee and accepted by the Board of Directors. An overview of the projects hosted by the OpenRail Association is listed here.Become a new OpenRail Project
Projects hosted by the OpenRail Association benefit from the support of a community that is willing to share its expertise at the intersection of railway and open source. If you would like to suggest a new project to the OpenRail Association follow the steps in the header of the New Project Questionnaire. If you have questions about why and how your project will become an OpenRail project, please contact technical-committee@openrailassociation.org
The main question will be which information we would like to present for each project. This will be handled in a separate issue at the TC repo.
