Description
Adding a YAML file is quite technical and not accessible to everyone. It could be helpful to have other ways to contribute info about projects. We already have the issue template, but maybe it would also be useful to have a dedicated form, e.g. as part of the web site. Or the web site could at least link to the issue template.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing add-project-to-landscape.md issue template linked in the report and the website contribution entry point. Decide whether linking the template is sufficient or whether a dedicated form is needed; done means non-coders have an accessible way to submit project information without adding a YAML file.
