Description
There should be documentation covering how to create scenery, how to paint the scenery that supports it, and how to use features like the foresting feature, using the control key to select a height to build at, how to use the shift key to raise/lower objects, and other things needed for basic scenery usage.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing OpenRCT2 gameplay documentation and identify where scenery creation and modification guidance belongs. Cover creating scenery, painting supporting terrain, foresting, Ctrl-based height selection, and Shift-based object adjustment. Done means these basic scenery workflows and controls are documented clearly in the manual.
