Game crashes when closing immediately after starting the game

Describe the issue
When exiting the game, I get the error "An assertion failed, please report this to the OpenRCT2 developers, 2 images were not freed"
I can retry or ignore and the error will go away and the game will close.
If I choose to Abort, the game crashes.
This error doesn't appear to happen when I select a level. (I only chose one level to check, however)
I was asked by a plugin developer to report this issue here. The dump fails to upload for some reason.
Steps to reproduce
- Install rctrando.js (0.1.19) into the plugin folder
- Open OpenRCT2
- Immediately either press the x on the window or attempt to exit the game
