Describe the issue
When a new scenery group is researched, the currently selected item in every scenery group to the right of the new group will appear in the group to its left, and will remain there until another item in the group it appeared in is selected. Groups to the left of the newly added group are unaffected.
Steps to reproduce
- Have at least one scenery group unresearched
- Have at least one scenery group to the right of where the new scenery group will appear once researched
- Research the new scenery group
- The currently selected item in every group which gets pushed to the right as the new group is added will appear in the group directly left of it, including into the newly added group. Groups to the left of the newly added group will not experience this problem.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on the reported OpenRCT2 v0.4.22 Windows build, following the listed scenery-group research steps. Trace the scenery-group selection state while a newly researched group is inserted. Done means items selected in existing groups remain associated with their original groups after the new group appears.
