Describe the issue
when day/night cycle enabled, render weather + lightning effect enabled, during nighttime, a flash of lightning turns everything bright like daytime. Turning day/night cycle off then on will make it go back to normal.
See video. In video I used cheat to trigger thunderstorm, but without cheat this still happens.
