Description

Perhaps the scatter-command could be made more useful, so troops/vehicles try to spread apart in opposite directions, instead of each of em just taking a random direction.
So there would be more space between them.

Would be especially useful for exploding units like grenadiers, arties and others.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the scatter-command implementation and its movement entry points; done means troops and vehicles spread apart in opposite directions instead of each choosing an independent random direction, particularly for grenadiers and artillery.
