Description

atm this can be tweaked at the start of the game, using the order latency option on game speeds, but being able to change this ingame would be very welcome in case users dont have a stable connection or the latency of the users is unknown.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing order latency option on game speeds and how game settings are accessed during a match. No files or tests are named in the issue; done means players can change order latency in-game, including when connection stability or latency is unknown.
