Description
Just now I spectated a teamgame. Normally in a 1v1 I use a hotkey (0) to switch views. For 1v1s this works just fine. For teamgames this seems not to work and I have to manually select the team from the dropdown menu.
Also in the settings menu under Input - Observer menu there is no place where you can assign a key to "switch team view". There is for the "-" (all players) and "=" (disable shroud), but not for the 0.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in an observed teamgame, then trace the observer hotkey handling and the Input - Observer settings described in the report. Done means the 0 hotkey switches team views during teamgames and a corresponding "switch team view" binding is available in the settings.
