Start with the snap logs at /var/snap/ipp-usb/common/var/log/main.log and the device-specific log shown in the report, tracing the failed HTTP port allocation and retry sequence. Done means identifying the cause of the allocation failure and verifying that the Officejet Pro 6230 can start without the reported error.
