Description
oneDNN is a part of oneAPI. Can we take it a step further and obtain the oneAPI (SYCL) backend support? Now, torch also has an official XPU backend to support Intel GPU.

Research direction
The issue names oneDNN, oneAPI/SYCL, and Intel's XPU backend but gives no files, tests, or implementation entry point. Start by reviewing the existing backend and build configuration, then determine the scope of SYCL support. Done should mean a defined Intel GPU backend works with the project's supported inference paths and has validation coverage.
