Description

It would be great if the build lib could be published as a zip similar to the onnxruntime(lib & include folder). Compiling it for the local machine works fine, but its annoying when building for multiple targets. I think this could be relatively easy. just zip the build library when releasing the python wheels and publish the zips with the source code in the release.

Research direction

Start by tracing how the C++ build library is produced for the local machine and how Python wheels and source-code releases are assembled. Compare the desired artifact with the onnxruntime library and include-folder packaging; done means target build-library ZIPs are published alongside the Python wheels and source code in each release.
