Could you please provide a version of CTranslate2==4.4.0 that supports ARM-based macOS 15

I am trying to use an open-source program on GitHub, which requires a specific version of whisperx @ git+https://github.com/m-bain/whisperx.git@7307306a9d8dd0d261e588cc933322454f853853. This version of whisperx also requires CTranslate2==4.4.0.

I have tried changing various pip sources, but it seems that only version 4.3.1 is available. I then discovered in the CTranslate2 issue tracker that it is possible to compile it myself. However, during the compilation process, I encountered an issue where I am unable to download the file from the following link:

I have searched online for other versions of oneAPI, but I still cannot manage to compile it correctly.

This problem has been troubling me for two days now. Could anyone kindly provide me with a version of CTranslate2==4.4.0 that supports macOS 15?

No repository file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the CTranslate2 4.4.0 build and packaging process for ARM-based macOS, then reproduce the reported oneAPI download failure; done means a documented, installable build is available for macOS 15.
