Research direction

The issue asks whether Moss-TTS-Nano 100M can be fine-tuned for Hindi or another unsupported language and how much data would be needed. No files, tests, or implementation entry points are named, so first review the project's fine-tuning guidance and model training entry points. Done would require a documented, validated approach for adding a language, not just an estimate.
